Nadine 'Dee' Smalling is phenomenal in the disaster relief community when it comes to networking, supplies and logistics. She is the heart of operations when its time to meet the challenge, and she is fearless. She is our Co-Founder and Chief Operations commander for all disasters now and in the future. She is FEMA certified and has served on many large operations, and worked with numerous agencies and municipalities across the country. This little lady is a force to be reckoned with.
