Wendy Culp Blount

Wendy is our Animals in Disaster Team Lead, IDRT treasurer, secretary, and a veterinarian in her day job. She received the 2004 Texas Academy of Veterinary Practitioners Referral and Consultation award, the 2011 Texas Animal Control Association Bilderback Award and was the moderator for Texas Unites, a disaster response panel discussion after Harvey.

She is a member of the TVMA which oversees disaster response and a member of the Nacogdoches Health Advisory Board.

To say that she is an asset to the disaster relief community and the communities that she serves is an understatement. We are honored to serve along side her!
